QUESTION
What are the effects of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide?
Hey guys, ive been reading about baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, and I want to use it to whiten my teeth, but my parents said that i shouldn't, and that it's bad for your teeth. Here are some questions that I have about it. Is baking soda abrasive? Is hydrogen peroxide bad for your teeth? Should you be a certain age before using this method? How often should i use it? Is it good to use it in the long run (like, does it temporarily get white, then turn more yellow as you age)?
  ANSWER
The studies I have read show there is no difference in the abrasivness between toothpaste and baking
