Which state has the lowest age of consent?

Also, don't you think the age of consent should be lowered to something more reasonable nation wide- like 15? Girls are just as stupid at 15 as they will be at 18.

South Carolina has the lowest age of consent- It's 14 for girls, per the state's Constitution, BUT-
