QUESTION
How do I change video format from 320x240 to 496x368?
How do I change video format from 320x240 to 496x368? I have video files in both Quicktime and Windows Media Player Format. I want to upload this video to the internet, but the website has specific criteria of 496x368. I have Window Movie Maker 2.0 and Quick Video Converter software. What should I use to convert the video format? And can you give me step-by-step directions.
I tried what you said, but when I get to the Video Compression Box I have the following options:

Cinepak Codec by Radius
Logitech Video (1420)
Intel Indeo(R) Video R3.2
Intel Indeo Video 4.5
Intel IYUV-codec
Microsoft RLE
Microsoft Video 1
Microsoft H.263 Video Codec
Microsoft H.261 Video Codec
Indeo video 5.10
Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec
Microsoft Windows Media Video
Full Frames (not compressed)

Which one do I choose?
