What no kill shelters will allow you to make a donation in memory of deceased pet?
My friends dog passed away yesterday and I want to make a donation to a shelter to save aother dog's life in memory of their dog. Do you know of any shelters that do this? A picture would be nice and a card from the shelter notifying them of what's been done.
